Philosophy

My Story
After overcoming PCOS & infertility, I developed a deep passion for health and wellness. As I enjoyed my lifestyle that brought me so much peace and happiness, I noticed those around me still struggling with their own health battles.

How could I help them heal their relationship with their body and food? How could I help them exit the hamster wheel of diet cycles? How could I help them see they can reach their goals without going through extreme measures to do so?

This is how my nutrition practice was born.

Since launching, I have seen graduates of my program leave my practice accomplishing the goals they have set. I have seen them develop a deeper, more intuitive relationship with their bodies. I have seen them eliminate the dichotomy of "good" vs. "bad" foods and adopt a nutrition philosophy that supports their energy.

What makes me most proud of all? Knowing they have successfully built a stronger foundation for their health to stand upon for the rest of their lives.
The Process
Before we even get started, we get to know each other. I want to know more about your likes and dislikes, what your commitments to home & work are, and what specific needs you would like to address. I help you set reasonable yet challenging goals to build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

My clients & I meet through virtual sessions. During that time, we monitor your meal habits and food intake. I make practical recommendations that support your goals and lifestyle. We evaluate how it's going and can make adjustments as needed.
Change happens significantly, but gradually. We always embrace your pace.

By the end of your program, you will leave having a much firmer understanding of your body and healthy habits to support it.
